Good stuff. So true … Good stuff. So true. The worst is when they send me emails and say I would like you to research these houses. Oh gee they weren’t in your automatic MLS emails. Yeah there is a good reason. How about because they are 20 miles from your target zip or they are $50,000 over your pre approved amount. Oh you still want to see them I am sure. 5 days, ha. Let’s add 5 weeks onto that.
