    What the is he …
What the is he talking about? passive income? You can’t compare rental income with selling your stocks? You would have to compare dividends from stocks and rental income from real estate!
If I remember correctly, both are taxed the same 15%!

    Of course the $10K …
Of course the $10K is not income – you are BORROWING it! You owe this money to the bank. You pay interest on this money. You increased the risk of your investment, should house prices stagnate or should you be unable to find tenants that pay enough to service the increased interest costs.

Using “other people’s money” is not as clever an idea as you think. Leverage is very old well understood concept. Leverage increases both the gains and the loses of an investment. It is not a free lunch.

    Please help me. I’m …
Please help me. I’m a 19yr old who read books like “Rich Dad Poor Dad” and am hungry for financial education and in search of a mentor to help me learn how to be rich. I need to learn as much as possible about money because from what I have already learned I have great reason to believe the U.S. middle class is about to be wiped out and I would rather be one of the rich rather than one of the poor. I promise to help teach others once I know how to create wealth myself. Please help.
